You are the sole owner of Your Content, or you have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit it and grant the rights below. Your Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other right of any third party.
You grant The Tipping Floor (and its successors, affiliates, sublicensees, and service providers) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, display, perform, transmit, and distribute Your Content in any media, format, or channel now known or later developed — for any purpose related to operating, marketing, promoting, and improving The Tipping Floor and its products, including aggregated intelligence reports, newsletters, and research publications.
The Tipping Floor may publish Your Content with or without attribution under your chosen display name, and may edit, caption, crop, or contextualize Your Content for editorial clarity. The Tipping Floor is not obligated to compensate you for use of Your Content.
If Your Content depicts any identifiable person other than yourself, you certify that you have obtained their written consent to its submission and the license granted above, including consent to commercial and editorial use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any "moral rights" or similar rights you may have in Your Content, and you agree not to assert such rights against The Tipping Floor or its licensees.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Tipping Floor, its officers, employees, affiliates, and licensees from any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) Your Content, (b) your breach of this Certification, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.
You may delete Your Content from the platform at any time. The license you grant in Section 2 survives deletion and termination of your account to the extent Your Content has been previously aggregated, redistributed, or incorporated into derivative works, including any intelligence reports previously issued to third parties. The Tipping Floor will not re-publish deleted Content outside of those existing derivatives.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 may not submit Content.

1. It's yours. You created this content, or you have the explicit written permission of the person who did.
2. No third-party rights are violated. No copyrighted material, trademarked logo used without permission, or other person's image you don't have a release for.
3. You grant The Tipping Floor a royalty-free license to host, display, edit, distribute, and use this content in our publications, newsletters, and intelligence reports — worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable. The full terms are in our Content License.
4. If anyone sues us over this content, you cover our costs. (Standard indemnification — we can't afford to defend content we didn't create.)
